These terms cover your use of renewedce.com, the informational site of Renewed CE LLC (doing business as RenewEd CE), a Texas limited liability company and a TDLR-approved continuing education provider (provider #2553).
Nothing is sold on this site
You cannot create an account, enroll, or pay on renewedce.com. It describes our courses and links to the site that offers each one. Enrollment, payment, refunds, course access, certificates and TDLR reporting are all governed by the terms and refund policy of the course site you enroll with:

Text message program
No text-message consent is collected on renewedce.com and no messages are sent from it. The program runs on ElectricianRenewal.com, where consent is collected as an optional checkbox on the enrollment form at electricianrenewal.com/enroll. The program's terms are published there:
If you opt in, Renewed CE LLC sends text messages from ElectricianRenewal.com to the mobile number you provide, including your annual license renewal reminder and account notices. Message frequency is approximately 1–3 messages per year. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time, or HELP for help; you can also email support@electricianrenewal.com or turn reminders off in your dashboard. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We do not share your mobile number or your text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Accuracy of what is on this site
Course hours, prices and approval status shown here describe the course sites and can change. Where this site and a course site disagree, the course site is correct. TDLR approval status for each course is shown on that course's own site; a course that is not yet approved is marked as such and cannot be enrolled in.

Our courses and this site are educational. Nothing here is legal advice, an engineering opinion, or a substitute for the rules TDLR actually has in effect for your license. Always follow the adopted code, your AHJ, and the current rules. You are responsible for renewing your own license with TDLR by your own deadline.
