These terms govern your use of WaterWellRenewal.com, operated by Renewed CE LLC. By enrolling you agree to them.

What we provide

An 8-hour continuing education course for Texas water well drillers & pump installers, delivered as self-paced internet instruction. We are TDLR CE Provider #2553; this course is TDLR Course #33236.

We provide continuing education only. We do not renew your license.After we report your completion, you renew directly with TDLR at tdlr.texas.gov and pay TDLR's separate state fee.

Your account

• Enroll with your name exactly as licensed and your own TDLR license number. We report completions using this information. Errors are your responsibility to correct before we report.
• Your account is yours alone.Sharing credentials, having someone else take the course for you, or attempting to bypass the instruction timing voids your enrollment and the completion will not be reported. This isn't fine print, CE fraud puts your license at risk, not just ours.
• Keep your password secure. Tell us if your account is compromised.

How the course works

Texas counts CE in instruction hours (one CE hour = 50 minutes), so each module has a minimum instruction time enforced by our servers, and identity checkpoints appear between sections. You must complete 100% of the material, and the full instruction time, for a certificate to issue. Your credit is valid because this course is TDLR-approved and we are a registered TDLR CE provider.

Payment

• Enrollment is free. Payment is due before your certificate is issued and before we can report your completion to the state.
• Your price is shown before you pay, all-inclusive, with no hidden fees. Discounted rates (founding, loyalty renewal, referral) apply automatically when you qualify.
• Payments are processed by Stripe.

Refunds

Full refund on request within 30 days of payment, as long as your certificate has not been issued. Refunds go back to your original payment method within about 5 business days. If you have already finished the course when you pay, your certificate is issued and your completion is reported to TDLR at that moment, so the service has been delivered and the fee is non-refundable. To keep the refund option open, pay before you finish the last section. Email support@renewedce.com.

Lowest price guarantee

Find a TDLR-approved 8-hour water well driller/pump installer CE course advertised for less than our price and we'll beat that price by 20%. Send us a link or photo of the advertised price before you pay and we'll issue a discount code. Must be a currently advertised public price for a comparable TDLR-approved course; one adjustment per enrollment.

Referral program

Referral discounts apply to first-time customers who hold a Texas license only, one per license number. The referrer's reward is credited once the referred person completes payment. Self-referral, duplicate accounts, and fabricated license numbers void rewards. We may modify or end the program at any time; credits already earned will be honored.

Text message program

If you opt in, Renewed CE LLC sends text messages from WaterWellRenewal.com (Renewed CE LLC) to the mobile number you provide, including your license renewal reminder and account notices. Message frequency is approximately 1 to 3 messages per year. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time, or HELP for help; you can also email support@renewedce.com or turn reminders off in your dashboard. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We do not share your mobile number or your text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

Records and reporting

Your course completion date is the date on which you have both finished every section and paid. We report completions to TDLR within 7 days of that completion date, as 16 TAC §59.51(e) requires, and retain participant records for at least two years. See our Privacy Policy.

Course content

Course material is our copyrighted work and is licensed to you for your own continuing education. Don't copy, redistribute, or resell it. The material is educational and is not legal advice or an engineering opinion. Always follow the TDLR rules in effect for your license (16 TAC Chapter 76) and the requirements of any groundwater conservation district with jurisdiction.

Availability

We aim to be available continuously. If an outage occurs, your progress is preserved and access is extended at no charge.

Disclaimers and limits

We provide the course "as is." We don't guarantee that TDLR will renew your license. That's between you and the state, and depends on your own eligibility, timing, and fees. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
