Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of RenewEd CE Land Surveyor, operated by Renewed CE LLC. By enrolling you agree to them.

What we provide

Continuing education packages for Texas Professional Land Surveyors, delivered as self-paced online instruction. You are responsible for confirming that the courses you take meet the rules of the Texas Board of Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors.

We provide continuing education only. We do not renew your license. You renew directly with the board.

Your account

• Enroll with your name exactly as licensed and your own Texas license number. Your certificate prints this information exactly as you entered it, so check it. You can correct it from your dashboard.
• Your account is yours alone.Sharing credentials, having someone else take the course for you, or attempting to bypass the instruction timing voids your enrollment and no certificate will issue. This isn't fine print, CE fraud puts your license at risk, not just ours.
• Keep your password secure. Tell us if your account is compromised.

How the course works

Continuing education is counted in hours, so each module has a minimum instruction time enforced by our servers, and each module ends with a knowledge check you must pass. You must complete 100% of the material, the full instruction time, and every knowledge check for a certificate to issue. Time spent on knowledge checks does not count toward the hours.

Payment

• Enrollment is free. Payment is due before your certificate is issued.
• Your price is shown before you pay, all-inclusive, with no hidden fees. Referral discounts apply automatically when you qualify.
• Payments are processed by Stripe.

Refunds

Full refund on request within 30 days of payment, as long as your certificate has not been issued. Refunds go back to your original payment method within about 5 business days. If you have already finished the course when you pay, your certificate is issued at that moment, so the service has been delivered and the fee is non-refundable. To keep the refund option open, pay before you finish the last section. Email support@renewedce.com.

Referral program

Referral discounts apply to first-time customers who hold a Texas license only, one per license number. The referrer's reward is credited once the referred person completes payment. Self-referral, duplicate accounts, and fabricated license numbers void rewards. We may modify or end the program at any time; credits already earned will be honored.

Text message program

If you opt in, Renewed CE LLC sends text messages from RenewEd CE Land Surveyor (Renewed CE LLC) to the mobile number you provide, including your license renewal reminder and account notices. Message frequency is approximately 1 to 3 messages per year. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time, or HELP for help; you can also email support@renewedce.com or turn reminders off in your dashboard. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We do not share your mobile number or your text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

Records

Your certificate shows the date you finished the course, the hours for each module, and the total. Keep it with your renewal records. We keep a record of your enrollment and completion and can reissue your certificate from your dashboard. See our Privacy Policy.

Course content

Course material is our copyrighted work and is licensed to you for your own continuing education. Don't copy, redistribute, or resell it. The material is educational and is not legal advice or a substitute for your own professional judgment. Always follow the laws and board rules in effect for your license, and your employer's and payers' requirements.

Availability

We aim to be available continuously. If an outage occurs, your progress is preserved and access is extended at no charge.

Disclaimers and limits

We provide the course "as is." We don't guarantee that the board will renew your license or accept any particular hours. That's between you and the board, and depends on your own eligibility, timing, fees, and course choices. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
