RenewEd CE is the brand name of Renewed CE LLC, a Texas limited liability company and a TDLR-approved continuing education provider (provider #2553). We operate the Texas license-renewal course sites listed below.

This site does not collect personal information

renewedce.com is an informational site. There is no account, no enrollment, no checkout, and no form on it. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, license number or payment details here, and there is nothing on this page to opt into.

Where your information is actually collected

Everything to do with your account is handled by the individual course site you enroll with. That is where you create an account, give us your license details, pay, take the course, and (only if you choose to) opt in to text messages. Each course site publishes its own privacy policy and terms, and those govern your account:

Text messages

We do not collect mobile numbers on renewedce.com and we do not send text messages from it. The text message program runs on our course sites (listed above). Consent is collected as an optional, unchecked checkbox on each site's enrollment form, for example renewedce.com/ElectricianRenewalTX/enroll, and is never a condition of purchase. Messages are sent from RenewEd CE (Renewed CE LLC). Each course site publishes the program disclosure in its own policies; from the electrician site:

We only text you if you affirmatively opted in. Consent is never a condition of purchase. Expect roughly one to three messages a year, primarily your license renewal reminder. Reply STOP at any time to stop immediately, reply HELP for help, or turn reminders off from your dashboard. Message and data rates may apply.

We do not share your mobile number. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and your text-message consent is never sold, rented, or shared. The only exception is the messaging provider that delivers the texts on our behalf, which may not use your number for any other purpose.

We do not sell personal information for money

Renewed CE LLC does not sell your personal information for money, and does not share mobile numbers or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Course completions are reported to the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation because the law requires it; that reporting is described in each course site's privacy policy.

We do advertise, and Texas law counts some ordinary advertising as a "sale" or as "targeted advertising", so we describe it plainly rather than claim it does not happen. We may give Google and Meta a scrambled (hashed) form of a course student's email address or name so they can show our ads to people like them. A hash cannot be turned back into your details. We never give them a mobile number, a license number, or anything about a course. Ask us and we will remove you from those audiences. renewedce.com has no accounts and holds no course records; the tags on this site are described in the next section, and the full description lives in each course site's privacy policy.

Analytics on this site

We may use standard web analytics and advertising measurement tags on renewedce.com to understand how people find us. These do not identify you to us by name, and this site has no accounts. We also use Ahrefs Web Analytics, a privacy-focused tool that counts visits and is not used for advertising.

We also set a small first-party cookie that records how you arrived, for example an ad click or a search. If you later enroll on one of our course sites, that record is kept with your enrollment so we can tell which ads are working. It holds no name, email address, phone number or license number, and you can remove it by clearing cookies in your browser.

If we change this policy we will update the date above.
