For Texas Class A Barber, Cosmetology Operator, Esthetician, Manicurist, Manicurist/Esthetician, Hair Weaving Specialist, Hair Weaving Specialist/Esthetician, and Eyelash Extension Specialist licensees (Occupations Code §1603.2103; legacy barbering specialty licenses continue until they expire or are replaced, 16 TAC §83.2(b)). A licensee who has held the relevant license at least 15 years may qualify for a reduced 2-hour path. This course is the full 4-hour course.
