RenewEd CE Partner Program Terms
Last updated: October 28, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Renewed CE LLC, a Texas limited liability company doing business as RenewEd CE ("we", "us"). They apply to anyone we accept into the RenewEd CE Partner Program ("you", "partner"). By using your partner link or accepting a payout, you agree to them.
1. Joining
We invite partners into the program; there is no open sign-up. We may decline or end any partnership for any reason. You must be at least 18 and able to receive payments to a U.S. bank account through Stripe.
2. Your link and how a sale is credited to you
- We give you a partner code and links that carry it (for example,
renewedce.com/ElectricianRenewalTX?p=YOURCODE). - When someone opens your link, our site stores your code in their browser for 30 days.
- You earn a commission when that person pays for a course within 30 days of their most recent click on your link.
- If they click another partner's link after yours, the most recent click counts and that partner gets the credit.
- The 30 days are counted to the moment of payment, not to sign-up. A person who signs up through your link but pays after the 30 days have passed does not earn you a commission.
- A sale counts only if the buyer arrives on the same browser and device that clicked, or signs up or checks out while your code is still stored. If someone clears their cookies, blocks them, or switches devices without clicking your link again, we cannot credit the sale.
- Only courses shown on your partner dashboard are part of the program. We may add or remove courses at any time.
3. Commission
- You earn $5.00 for each paid course enrollment credited to you under section 2. The amount is the same for every course, whatever its price.
- There is no cap on how many commissions you can earn.
- The buyer pays the normal price. Your link does not give them a discount.
- No commission is earned for:
- your own purchases, or purchases made with your email address or license number (or those of anyone in your household);
- sales completed before the date we added you to the program;
- free enrollments, or enrollments that are never paid;
- sales that came from a prohibited method under section 7;
- sales that are fully refunded, charged back, or found to be fraudulent.
4. Holding period and payout timing
- Each commission is held for 30 days after the buyer pays, so that refunds can be processed first. Your dashboard shows these as "Pending."
- After the hold ends, the commission becomes "Ready" and is included in the next payout.
- Payouts run once a month, on the 1st of the month (Central Time). Each payout covers every commission that has finished its 30-day hold by that date.
- Example: a sale paid on March 10 clears on April 9 and is paid in the May 1 payout.
- Payouts are sent through Stripe to the bank account you connect. Stripe then deposits the money into your bank account on its own schedule, usually within a few business days. We are not responsible for delays caused by Stripe or your bank.
- There is no minimum payout amount.
- If the 1st falls on a weekend or holiday, or a technical problem delays the run, we will send the payout as soon as reasonably possible after that.
- We pay Stripe's processing fees on payouts. You receive the full commission amount.
5. Setting up payouts
- To be paid, you must complete Stripe's account setup from your partner dashboard, including the identity, bank and tax details Stripe asks for.
- Until setup is complete, your cleared commissions are kept for you and are paid in the first monthly payout after you finish.
- We will email you reminders while setup is incomplete. If you have not completed setup within 12 months of a commission clearing, that commission expires and will not be paid.
- You are responsible for keeping your bank and tax details current in Stripe. We are not responsible for payments sent to the account details you provided.
6. Refunds, chargebacks and reversals
- If a sale is fully refunded or charged back before your commission is paid, the commission is cancelled. Your dashboard will show it as "Refunded, not earned."
- If a sale is fully refunded, charged back, or found to be fraudulent after we have paid you, we subtract that commission from your next payout. If your next payout is too small to cover it, the remaining amount carries forward to later payouts.
- A partial refund does not cancel a commission.
- If the partnership ends while you still owe us for reversed commissions, we may deduct the amount from any final payout or ask you to repay it.
7. How you may promote us
You may share your link on your own website, social media, email newsletter, videos, or in person, as long as you follow these rules:
Disclosure. Tell people you earn a commission, clearly and next to the link, before they click it. For example: "I earn a commission if you sign up through my link." On a website you control, add rel="sponsored" to the link. This is required by the U.S. Federal Trade Commission's Endorsement Guides.
Be accurate. Describe our courses truthfully. Do not:
- state or imply that you are RenewEd CE, Renewed CE LLC, TDLR, TREC, or any other government agency, or that you speak for any of them;
- make claims about course approval, credit hours, prices, or reporting times that differ from what the course site shows;
- promise any discount, refund, or result that we do not offer.
Not allowed:
- bidding on "RenewEd CE", "Renewed CE", our domain names, or misspellings of them in Google Ads, Bing, Meta or any other paid search or ad platform;
- registering domain names, social accounts, or business listings that use our name or look like ours;
- spam: unsolicited email, text messages, calls, or messages sent to people who have not agreed to hear from you, or any message that breaks the CAN-SPAM Act or the Telephone Consumer Protection Act;
- posting your link on coupon, cashback, rebate, or incentive sites, or paying or rewarding people to click or buy;
- fake reviews, or reviews of our courses that you do not disclose as being from a paid partner;
- hiding or forcing your link onto people (for example cookie stuffing, pop-unders, or browser extensions);
- placing your link on sites with illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, or violent content.
You may use our name and logo only to describe and link to our courses, and you must stop if we ask.
8. Your dashboard and our records
- Your partner dashboard shows your clicks, your sales (date, course, amount and status), and your payouts. For our customers' privacy, it never shows a buyer's name, email or other details, and we will not share them with you.
- Our tracking records decide which sales are credited and how much is owed. If you believe a sale or payout is wrong, email support@renewedce.com within 60 days of the sale or payout date and tell us what you think is missing. We will review it in good faith and reply. After 60 days, the record stands.
9. Taxes
You are an independent contractor and are responsible for all taxes on what you earn. Stripe collects your tax information during payout setup. Where U.S. law requires it, we will issue you a Form 1099 for your earnings. Stripe may prepare and deliver it for us, and you can view it in your Stripe account.
10. Ending the partnership
- Either side can end the partnership at any time by email.
- If you leave, or we end the partnership for any reason other than a breach of these terms, commissions you have already earned will still be paid on the normal schedule, after their 30-day hold, less any reversals.
- If we end the partnership because you broke these terms, including any fraud or prohibited promotion, all unpaid commissions are cancelled, and we may recover commissions already paid for sales that came from that conduct.
- When the partnership ends, your link stops earning commissions and you must remove it from anything you control.
11. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms, including the commission amount, holding period, or payout schedule. We will email you at least 15 days before a change takes effect and post the new version on this page. Commissions on sales paid before the change takes effect are paid under the old terms. If you keep using your link after the change takes effect, you accept the new terms.
12. Relationship
You are an independent contractor. Nothing in these terms makes you our employee, agent, partner in a legal sense, or joint venturer. You may not make promises or sign anything on our behalf. Despite the program's name, "partner" here only means a participant in our referral program.
13. Limits on liability
We provide the program "as is" and do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or lost-profit damages. Our total liability to you under this program is limited to the commissions we paid you in the 12 months before the claim.
14. Disputes and governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. If a dispute comes up, email us first and we will both try in good faith to resolve it within 30 days. If we cannot, the dispute will be decided by the state or federal courts located in Texas.

These terms, together with the instructions on your partner dashboard, are the full agreement about the Partner Program. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
