Do I have to finish the course in one sitting?

No. Your progress saves automatically after every slide. Log in from any device and you'll be exactly where you left off.

Is there a test?

No. Texas TDLR does not require an exam for water well driller & pump installer continuing education. Complete all the course material and you're done. Each section ends with a short, ungraded review to help the material stick, and between sections you answer one of your own security questions. That is an identity check required for online CE, not a knowledge test.

Why can't I click Next right away?

Texas CE hours are measured in instruction time (one CE hour = 50 minutes, 16 TAC §59.30). Each slide has a minimum read time so the course delivers the full 400 minutes of instruction that TDLR credits as 8 hours. Your certificate counts because this course is TDLR-approved (Course #33236) and we are a registered TDLR CE provider (#2553).

When is my completion reported to TDLR?

Once you have finished the course and paid, we report your completion to TDLR within 7 days, the deadline set by 16 TAC §59.51(e), and usually much sooner. After it posts you can renew at tdlr.texas.gov (TDLR charges its own renewal fee). Keep your certificate of completion for at least one year.

What does the course cost?

The standard price is $69.00, one time, everything included. Our first 100 customers pay the founding price of $49.00. That discount is applied automatically at checkout while spots remain. And once you've taken the course with us, every future renewal is $44.00, locked in for life. TDLR gives no credit for repeating the same course within one license term (16 TAC §76.25(e)). Companies with several licensed drillers or pump installers: email support for group pricing.

How does the lowest price guarantee work?

Find a TDLR-approved 8-hour water well driller/pump installer CE course advertised for less than our price and we'll beat that price by 20%. Email the link or a photo of the ad to support before you pay and we'll send you a personal discount code. The competing course must be TDLR-approved for the same renewal requirement and publicly advertised, we need it before you pay, and we adjust once per enrollment.

How does pay-later work?

Enroll and take the entire course before you pay anything. Pay the one-time fee whenever you like: $49.00 founding price for our first 100 customers, $69.00 standard after that. Your certificate is issued and your completion is reported to TDLR once you have both finished the course and paid.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, on request within 30 days of payment, as long as your certificate has not been issued. If you finish the course first and then pay, the certificate is issued immediately and your completion is reported to TDLR, so the fee is not refundable at that point because the service has been delivered. Email support and we'll sort it out.

What do I do after I finish?

Download your certificate from your dashboard and keep it at least one year. Then renew your license on the TDLR website. The CE requirement will show as satisfied once our report posts.

Which licenses does this course cover?

Licensed Texas Water Well Drillers and Water Well Pump Installers, including combination Driller/Pump Installer licenses. Texas requires 8 hours of continuing education (including 1 mandatory hour of Texas statutes & rules) each 2-year renewal cycle.

I hold an apprentice registration, do I need this course?

No. Registered apprentice drillers and apprentice pump installers need only 1 hour of TDLR-approved CE on the Water Well Driller and Pump Installer statutes and rules per registration term (16 TAC §76.25(c)), not 8. This 8-hour course is built for the full driller and pump installer licenses. If you hold an apprentice registration, email us before you buy.
